2.1: ... Nadety and Kshudraphala (literally meaning small Fruit); Its Fruit is known as Jambu and Jambava (literally meaning coming from Jambu tree),
2.2: Jambu (Rose Apple) is Sangrahi (Constipative), Ruksha (Literally means Rough, Dry. It has the effect of Drying up) and mitigates Kapha (A Dosha in Ayurveda which is compared to the Moon [Cooling Principle]. Its qualities are heaviness, coldness, oiliness etc), Pitta (A Dosha in Ayurveda which is compared to the Sun [Heating Principle]. 3.1: The Fruit of the Rajajambu variety is Swadu (Sweet), Vistambhi (Food which causes Constipation), Guru (Heavy, making Big or Fat) and Rocana (Stimulating Taste),
3.2: The Fruit of the Kshudrajambu variety is similar (to the Rajajambu variety) but it specially mitigates Daha (Burning syndrome).
