Shakti Kuta - from Varivasya Rahashya 1.11
शिवतो वियतो मुक्तं तृतीयमिदमेव शक्तिकूटाख्यम्
हृल्लेखानां त्रितयं कूटत्रितये ऽपि योज्यमन्ते स्यात्
Shivato Viyato Muktam Trtiiyam-Idam-Eva Shakti-Kuutta-[A]akhyam |
Hrllekhaanaam Tritayam Kuutta-Tritaye [A]Pi Yojyamante Syaat || Varivasya Rahashya 1.11 ||

Meaning:
(The Shakti Kuta of Panchadasi Mantra is as follows)
1: Free from Shiva (H) and Viyat (H) (i.e. when Kamaraja Kuta is free from Shiva and Viyat), This third (Kuta) indeed is named as Shakti Kuta,
2: Three Hrillekhas (Hrim) should be joined at the end of the three Kutas,
Thus Shakti Kuta comprises of: Sa, Ka, La - along with Hrim
