प्रोवाचासुरये साङ्ख्यं तत्त्वग्रामविनिर्णयम् ॥१

Pan.camah Kapilo Naama Siddhe[a-Ii]shah Kaala-Viplutam |
Provaaca-[A]asuraye Saangkhyam Tattva-Graama-Vinirnnayam ||1.3.10||

Meaning:
1: Fifth, is the incarnation of the Lord by name Kapila who is the chief among the Perfected beings; the knowledge of which has been lost in Time,
2: He explained to Asuri Brahmana the philosophy of Sankhya, which establishes the roles of different Tattvas (Creative Elements) in creation.
