Mukti Kunda

Vindhyachala: Mukti Kunda and Mukteshwara Linga:

(Aushanasa Purana - Vindhyachala Mahatmya - 36)

Meditation: I meditate on Lord Shiva worshipped by Mukti muni.

Lord ShivaMukti Kunda and Mukteshwara Linga: On the east of Sita Kunda is the Mukti Kunda which was established by Mukti muni. The muni attained bliss in samadhi. Touching the waters of that kunda leads to moksha. There is also the Mukteshwara Linga which bestows mukti.
