Gaya: Lord Brahma performing Yagna:

• Meditation: I meditate on Lord Adi-Gadadhara abiding in Gaya.

Lord Vishnu

• Lord Brahma creating Sages and Brahmanas: Lord Brahma created several sages like Agnisharma, Amrita, Shaunaka etc. He created brahmanas like Dadhipancamukha, Rishabha, Karka etc.

• Lord Brahma starting the Yagna: After creating the Sages and the Brahmanas, Lord Brahma started the Yagna.
- Agnisharma created five fires from his mouth: Dakshinagni, Garhapatya, Ahavaniya, Tapovyaya and two Avasathya.
- The Yagna was established on these fires.
- Lord Brahma offered dakshina to the Brahmanas.
- Lord Brahma offered the Purnahuti.
- Lord Brahma took the Avabhrita bath (the final purificatory bath after completion of sacrifice).
