Sri Krishna praising the unselfishness of Trees in Vrindavana

Vrindavana: Sri Krishna praising the unselfishness of Trees:

(Srimad Bhagavatam - Skanda 10 - 22)

Sri Krishna and VrindavanaMeditation: I meditate on Sri Krishna praising the unselfishness of Trees near Vrindavana.

Sri Krishna praising the unselfishness of Trees: Sri Krishna praised the unselfishness of Trees near Vrindavana. During childhood, one day Sri Krishna strayed away quite far from Vrindavana while tending the cows. He saw the trees protecting Him from the intense heat of the sun. Sri Krishna praised the trees and said that their lives were dedicated for the benefit of others. They tolerated the wind, rain, heat and snow and protected others with their shade. They fulfill the desires of others with their leaves, flowers, fruits, shade, roots, bark and woods, and also with their fragrance, sap, ashes, pulp and shoots.
