The forest resounded with the sounds of bees, birds and animals. The lakes with clear water resembled the minds of great souls. The breeze made the atmosphere fragrant by carrying the fragrance of lotuses. The trees bent down with the weight of fruits and flowers. The peacocks danced around the forest and cuckoos sang with melodious voice. Sri Krishna and cowherd boys sometimes imitated the sounds of cuckoos, sometimes the sounds of parrots and sometimes the sounds of swans, and sometimes they imitated the dance of peacocks.
