Sri Krishna killing demon Aghasura in Vrindavana

Vrindavana: Sri Krishna killing demon Aghasura:

(Srimad Bhagavatam - Skanda 10 - 12)

Sri Krishna killing demon AghasuraMeditation: I meditate on Sri Krishna killing demon Aghasura of the form of a huge python.

Sri Krishna killing demon Aghasura: Sri Krishna killed demon Aghasura who was the younger brother of Putana and Bakasura, and assumed the form of a huge python. Sri Krishna was then five years old. The python laid on the road with its mouth open in Vrindavana forest, appearing like a huge mountain with an open cave. All the cowherd boys entered inside the mouth of the python in a playful mood. Sri Krishna also entered the mouth and then enlarged Himself. The python suffocated, its eyes started rolling and its life breath departed splitting its head. When Aghasura died, all the demigods showered flowers on Krishna.
