• Sri Krishna showing the vision of Lord Vishnu to Akrura: Sri Krishna showed the vision of Lord Vishnu to Akrura on the way to Mathura, when Akrura entered river Yamuna for bath. Akrura saw the Lord, dark-blue in complexion lying on serpent Ananta and served by intimate devotees. Akrura went into ecstasy with the hairs of his body standing on its end and tears flowing from his eyes. In that state, Akrura joined his palms and with choked voice eulogized the Lord.
