Devahuti worshipping Lord Vishnu devotedly

Bindu Sarovara: Devahuti worshipping Lord Vishnu devotedly:

(Srimad Bhagavatam - Skanda 3 - 24)

Bindu Sarovara - Penance of sage KardamaMeditation: I meditate on the Kapila Avatara of Lord Vishnu.

Devahuti worshipping Lord Vishnu devotedly: When the time of departure of her husband came, Devahuti repented that she has lost much time in pleasure under the sway of Maya, which should have been devoted in cultivating the knowledge of the Lord. She asked sage Kardama to bestow fearlessness to her before leaving. Sage Kardama assured her that the Supreme Lord will incarnate as her son and bestow her the knowledge of Brahman. Therefore, she should start worshipping the Lord and perform austerities and charity. As instructed by her husband, Devahuti started worshipping the Lord devotedly.
