Bindu Sarovara: Lord Brahma visiting the hermitage of sage Kardama:

(Srimad Bhagavatam - Skanda 3 - 24)

Bindu Sarovara - Penance of sage KardamaMeditation: I meditate on the Kapila Avatara of Lord Vishnu.

Lord Brahma visiting the hermitage of sage Kardama: Lord Brahma, Marichi and other sages visited the hermitage of sage Kardama. Lord Brahma understood that an amsha of Lord has appeared to teach the Tattva of Sankhya to the world. Lord Brahma said that he was very pleased with sage Kardama since he has followed his instructions dutifully (to continue the process of creation). He then told Kardama to give away his daughters to the sages so that they can enhance the creation through their progeny.
