Nine forms of Lord Narasimha in Ahobilam

1.
Prahlada Narasimha: Prahlada is standing before Lord Narasimha with folded hands.

Varaha Narasimha: Behind the Vedadri Hills, Lord Varaha Narasimha is residing with Bhoomi Devi. After destroying Asura Madhu (Madhusudana), the Lord incarnated in this place as Varaha.

Kanaka Narasimha: On the top of the Vedadri Mountain towards the South, Lord Narasimha is shining with Devi Lakshmi and river Kanaka is flowing. This is known as Lakshmi Kshetra. All those seeking prosperity should chant the Ashtakshara Mantra and Lakshmi Narasimha Mantra for six months.

Yogananda Narasimha: Towards the west of Vedadri and near the abode of Devi Lakshmi is Yogananda Narasimha. Lord Narasimha taught Yoga to Prahlada in this place. This is in North-West of Garudadri. This is known as Yoga Kshetra. The Yogis have attained Yoga Siddhi in this place. Lord Brahma also worshipped Lord Narasimha in this place to regain mental tranquility.

Pavana Narasimha: Towards the South of Garudadri, Lord Narasimha resides as Pavana Narasimha for blessing the Jivas. Sage Bharadwaja got rid of the sin of Brahmahatya in this place. Sinners should visit this Kshetra and worship Lord Narasimha.

Karanja Narasimha: Towards the West of Garudadri, Lord Narasimha is residing under a Karanja Tree. Lord Narasimha is residing with Shankha and Chakra in this place. All those who seek knowledge visit this place. Sage Gobhila performed here chanting the Mantraraja. Lord Narasimha appeared before him and bestowed the knowledge of Shastras to him.

Chatravata Narasimha Towards the South-West of Garudadri, Lord Narasimha is residing under the shade of a Vata Tree which is in the form of Chatra (Umbrella). Sutrama and other devotees reside in this place. Siddhas, Gandharvas and Yakshas sing praise of Lord Narasimha in this place. Once two Gandharvas Ha Ha and Hu Hu came from Meru Mountain and sang the praises of Lord Narasimha in this place. Lord was pleased with their composition and bestowed the boon that they will become the most famous singers in the world.

Bhargava Narasimha: Towards the North of Garudadri, Lord Narasimha is residing near the Bhargava Teertham. In this place, Lord Narasimha bestows Punya, Swarga (Heaven) and also Salvation. The Teertha is filled with Padma (Lotus), Saugandhika and Utpala (Lily) flowers. There are also many Fruit-bearing Trees. Sage Vasishtha and other sages were blessed by Lord Narasimha in this place.

Jwala Narasimha: On the Center of Garudadri, Lord Narasimha is residing in the form of Jwala Narasimha. This place annihilates the impediments of the devotees.
